Role Overview
As a Remote Data Entry / Administrative Associate with Everise, you will support business operations by accurately inputting, managing and maintaining data, supporting administrative workflows, and helping to ensure data integrity and compliance. You will work independently from your home office, collaborating virtually with the operations team, and contribute to meeting performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain large volumes of data into internal systems or client-databases with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify and validate data for completeness and correctness; identify inconsistencies and escalate or correct as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as document scanning, digital filing, logging, indexing, and tagging data records.
- Work with multiple software applications, spreadsheets, and data-entry platforms; navigate between systems efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client workflows to ensure data handling complies with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Meet productivity targets and quality metrics (e.g., error rate, turnaround time).
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks or errors in data workflows and recommending enhancements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client and company data; adhere to remote-work security protocols.
- Participate in remote training, team meetings, and check-ins; manage one’s time, attendance and availability as required (may include evenings, weekends or shifts, depending on contract).
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma / equivalent. Additional certification or diploma in Office Administration / Data Management a plus.
- Proven data entry experience (e.g., 6 months to 1 year) or administrative support experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy in data work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software/data-systems.
- Good typing speed (e.g., 50+ wpm) and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred / Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote customer-experience, BPO or outsourcing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or database tools.
- Analytical mindset — able to spot errors, propose improvements and support data-workflow optimisation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (for coordination with remote team and reference documentation).
