We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and tech-savvy Remote Chat Support Agent to join our client success team. This part-time role is 100% remote and focuses on providing real-time assistance to users through our digital chat platforms. The ideal candidate can balance multiple conversations simultaneously while delivering clear, helpful, and professional responses that align with our brand voice.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and internal messaging systems in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing step-by-step guidance to resolve user concerns.
- Managing multiple chat windows simultaneously without compromising the quality or accuracy of information.
- Documenting common issues and feedback to help improve the overall customer experience and internal knowledge base.
- Identifying and escalating complex situations to the senior support team when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills with a mastery of grammar and professional tone.
- Strong typing speed (at least 50 WPM) and the ability to multitask in a digital environment.
- Previous experience in customer support, retail, or a digital communications role is preferred.
- Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule, including peak traffic hours.
- A reliable computer setup and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour.
